Mr. Wa’ad Bin Abdul Mallik is the SEA Chairman of IRATA. With over 16 years of experience, he is a veteran expert in the rope access industry.

Miss Hamizah Ahmad is a dynamic professional who has forged a unique path, seamlessly blending the worlds of account management and industrial rope access. As an Account Executive of GTS Sdn BHD while also contributing as a certified IRATA Level 1 Technician.
Hamizah's educational journey includes a Bachelor of Sports Management at Universiti Teknologi Mara. Early in her career, she discovered a passion for building client relationships and optimizing business processes, leading her to excel in the role of an Account Executive.
Driven by a desire for new challenges and a love for hands-on work, she pursued certification as an IRATA Technician. Her journey to becoming an IRATA Level 1 technician involved mastering rope access techniques, safety protocols, and project execution at height, adding a dynamic dimension to her skill set.
In her role as an Account Executive at GTS Sdn Bhd, Hamizah is responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Mr. Tajul is a certified IRATA Level 1 Rope Access Technician with over 5 years of NDT and rope access experience in the oil & gas industry.

As a Level 1 rope access technician, Mr. Tajul performs rigging, rope access maneuvers and works under supervision of Level 3 supervisors on-site.
He conducts various NDT inspections at height including Eddy Current, MPI, industrial blasting and painting leveraging specialized in-house training in these domains.
Mr. Tajul is additionally qualified in offshore safety and survival capabilities as per BOSIET and OGSP requirements for unrestricted offshore work.
With ASNT Level II inspector certification and experience in performing IRS and transferable skills in IRATA rope access, Mr. Tajul demonstrates a solid foundation to progress to advanced NDT and rope access competencies.
Mr. Mazlee is an IRATA Level 3 Chief Instructor and Technical Authority with over 14 years of specialized experience in industrial rope access across various sectors.

As a certified PETZL PPE Verifier, Mr. Mazlee brings an additional layer of inspection and assurance around ropes, harnesses and accessories used for rope access.
Mr. Mazlee also performs advanced rope access infrastructure maintenance, inspection and new construction operations both onshore and offshore leveraging his exceptional IRATA skillsets.
Mr. Syed Omar S. Yusoff is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in the administrative domain. Currently serving as the Training Admin, HR Admin, and Clerk at Globe Tech Services, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations within the organization.
